How can I contact you?

How can I find the correct size of clothing?

  • Please refer to our Size Guide.
  • Compare our measurements with your favorite t-shirt, hoodie, or sweatshirt to find the best fit.
  • Each product also includes a size chart that can be found in the product details.

What payment options do you accept?

  • Available payment methods include: American Express, Apple Pay, Bancontact, Google Pay, iDEAL / Wero (will be available soon), Klarna, Maestro, Mastercard, PayPal, Shop Pay, UnionPay, and Visa.
  • You can also view all available payment options during checkout.

Where are your products made?

  • Our products are made especially for you after you place an order.
  • Depending on your location, product type, and availability, your order may be made in countries such as the United States, Canada, Mexico, Latvia, Spain, the United Kingdom, Brazil, Japan, or Australia.
  • We always aim to choose a suitable location to keep delivery as efficient as possible and avoid unnecessary overproduction.

What is the quality of your products like?

  • Our products are selected for comfort, durability, and print quality.
  • Most of our designs are applied using a modern flexible transfer printing method, designed to create a clean, detailed, and vibrant finish!

Are your designs unique?

Yes, all of our designs are unique, and you won't find them elsewhere!

My order is a gift, do you also gift-wrap items?

Unfortunately gift-wrapping your items is not possible. So you will have to wrap them yourself before gifting it to somebody you love/like/fancy 😊.

However, we do offer Gift Cards that you can also send to somebody else ❤️!

Care instructions (for apparel)

  • To keep your product looking beautiful, wash it inside out in cold water, max. 30°C / 86°F.
  • Use a gentle cycle and a mild detergent.
  • Please avoid bleach, fabric softeners, and dry cleaning.
  • Tumble dry on low or hang dry for best results.
  • Avoid ironing directly on the print to keep it looking its best!

What materials are used for your clothing?

Our apparel is made from soft, high-quality fabrics chosen for their comfort and durability!
All of the specifics can be found on the product pages that belong to each item.

Will the colors and the print placement look exactly like the photos?

  • We do our best to show colors and print placement as accurately as possible, but slight differences may happen due to screen settings, product materials, and the printing process.
  • Most of our designs are applied using a flexible transfer printing method, which helps create a clean, detailed, and vibrant finish!
  • Because the print is applied as a soft layer on the fabric, it may have a slightly different feel than the garment itself. This is normal and part of the printing technique.

Can I post a product review?

You certainly can and we encourage you to do so! ❤️

A few days after you receive your order, you will receive an e-mail with a link to write a review of the product you have ordered. After doing so, the review will appear on the page of that specific product!

Orders

Can I edit or cancel my order after placing it?

  • Once your order has been placed, we’re unable to make changes.
  • If you need to update your shipping address or contact details, please contact us as soon as possible (preferably within 2 hours) after ordering.
  • Changes cannot be guaranteed once your order has been processed.
  • Please double-check your details carefully before completing checkout.

What if I entered the wrong address?

Please contact us as soon as possible by contacting us. If your order hasn’t been processed yet, we’ll do our best to update the address for you!

What if I ordered the wrong size?

Please check our Size Guide carefully before ordering. Since our (clothing) items are made on demand, unfortunately we usually can’t offer returns or exchanges for wrong sizes.

What to do if my item(s) arrives damaged or incorrect?

We offer a 21-day money (or new product) back guarantee!

Please see our Return & Refund policy for more info and we'll help you out.

My order was delivered, but I didn't receive it, what should I do?

Please check with your neighbors or with the people you live with; possibly they have received your package!

If your package is still missing, please contact us using our contact form or our email address, info[at]joyfulwheeks.com. We will always think along with our customers during delivery issues, and want to make sure you receive your order!

My order was sent to the wrong address, what should I do?

Please contact us using our contact form or our email info[at]joyfulwheeks.com! We will try to think along during any delivery errors where a package is incorrectly delivered to the wrong address; however, we do not offer refunds or replacements for incorrect shipping addresses.

Shipping & Returns

How long will it take to make and ship my order?

  • Production and quality control usually take 2–5 business days.
  • Shipping usually takes 3–10 business days, depending on your location.
  • In total, most orders arrive within 2 weeks or less!

How do I track my order?

  • After your order has been placed and processed, you’ll receive a confirmation email with your order details.
  • Within the email, click on "View your order" to see its current status!
  • Alternatively, you can download the official Shop app (click on the "Track order with Shop" link in the email) and track your order there.
  • Tracking may not be available immediately after placing your order.
  • You’ll receive a shipping confirmation with tracking details once your package leaves the manufacturer.
  • No updates yet? Please be patient, check back a day later, and also check your spam or junk folder.
  • You can also use our Track your order page to follow your order.
  • If you need additional help, contact us and we will forward you the tracking information!

How long does shipping take?

Most orders arrive within 5–10 business days. As soon as your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking link by email so you can follow it on its way.

How much are the shipping costs?

This depends on the location and the product that you order. You can view the shipping costs during checkout.

When do I get a shipping confirmation?

  • Please allow 2–5 business days for your order to be processed, made, inspected, and packaged.
  • Shipment and tracking information will be sent once your order is ready to leave the manufacturer.
  • Please also check your spam or junk folder, as emails can sometimes end up there.
  • Some items may ship separately, so you might receive more than one shipping confirmation.
  • You can also download the official Shop app to track your orders.
  • You’ll find the link to the "Shop" app in your email ("Track order with Shop" button), but please always double-check that the link is genuine.

Why are some items shipped separately?

Items are made especially for you after you place your order. Some products may finish production at different times, which helps reduce waste and prevents overproduction. This means your order may arrive in more than one package!

Will I have to pay customs or import fees?

International orders may be subject to customs fees, import duties, or local taxes depending on your country. These charges are not controlled by us and are the customer’s responsibility.

Can I return my items?

  • Our products are custom printed and fulfilled by our production partner.
  • Because these items are made especially for you, we cannot accept cancellations, changes, returns, or exchanges unless the item arrives with a defect.
  • In the rare case that your item has a defect, we’ll offer a replacement or refund if it is reported within 21 days of receipt.
  • Please see our Return & Refund Policy for the full conditions.
  • We’re unable to accept returns or exchanges due to sizing issues, so please check our Size Guide carefully before ordering!

Do you offer exchanges?

Because our products are made for you specifically, we don’t usually offer exchanges. However, if your item arrives damaged, misprinted, or incorrect, we’ll help you out! In the latter case, please refer to our Return & Refund Policy for more information.

What is your 21-day money back (or new product) guarantee?

  • We offer complimentary replacements or refunds for manufacturing errors or damage reported within 21 days of receiving your order!
  • Please contact us at info[at]joyfulwheeks.com with
    2-3 clear photos of the item, its defect and its packaging. Please also include your order number.
  • Please check our Size Guide carefully and compare our measurements with your favorite t-shirt, sweatshirt or hoodie before ordering.
  • We strongly recommend double-checking your shipping address and cart before completing checkout, to prevent errors.

We offer Gift Cards worth the following amounts:

How will I receive my gift card?

  • Your Joyfulwheeks Gift Card is delivered digitally by email.
  • No physical gift card will be shipped.

How can the gift card be used?

  • The gift card code can be entered at checkout on joyfulwheeks.com (this webshop).
  • On mobile, click the small arrow next to the price or click the "Add discount" button during check-out to use your gift card.
  • On desktop, the option is visible directly below the product during check-out.
  • It can be used on any available Joyfulwheeks product.

Can I send the gift card to someone else?

  • Yes! Select “I want to send this as a gift” and enter the recipient’s details.
  • You can also add a personal message ❤️.

How long is the gift card valid?

  • Your Joyfulwheeks Gift Card does not expire.
  • Any remaining balance can be used later until it is fully spent.

Can gift cards be combined with other discounts?

Your Joyfulwheeks Gift Card can not be combined with other discounts at this time.
