21-Day Money-back Guarantee (Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items)

If your order arrives damaged, defective, misprinted, or incorrect, please contact us as soon as possible at info[at]joyfulwheeks.com (within 21 days of delivery).

Please include:
- Your order number
- A short description of the issue
- 2–3 clear photos of the item, the problem, and the packaging

Depending on the situation, we may offer a replacement, a refund, or another suitable solution.

Lost or Delayed Orders

If your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery time, please contact us so we can look into it.

Lost package claims must be reported within 21 days after the estimated delivery date. If the carrier confirms that your order was lost, we will work with you on a fair solution.

Custom or Personalized Items

Custom or personalized items cannot be returned or exchanged unless they arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect.
We usually cannot accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, wrong size selection, or other non-fault reasons, unless required by law.

EU Right of Withdrawal

For eligible non-personalized items, customers in the European Union may have a 14-day right of withdrawal.

Please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order if you would like to use this right. You can use our Withdrawal Form, linked at the bottom of our website, or simply send us a clear email.

Please contact us before sending anything back. Return shipping costs are usually the customer’s responsibility, unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

Refunds

If a refund is approved, it will be sent to the original payment method unless agreed otherwise.

For eligible EU withdrawal requests, refunds will be processed within 14 days after we receive your withdrawal request. If a return is required, we may wait until we receive the returned item or proof that it has been sent back.

Returns Without Prior Contact

Please do not send items back without contacting us first. Returns sent without approval may not be processed correctly.
